More Money Than God: Hedge Funds and the Making of a New Elite by Sebastian Mallaby

more money than god

Description

Considered by many as the magnum opus of the hedge funds industry and its beginnings, author Sebastian Mallaby’s ‘More Money than God: Hedge Funds and the Making of a New Elite’ separates itself from the rest of the other hedge fund-related books. As others would either vilify the industry for exclusivity shrouded in mystery or commend it for the uncanny good fortunes, its insiders acquire, ‘More Money than God’ does neither and uses in its stead, logical reasoning, and refreshing perspectives to do the talking. Author Sebastion Mallaby has managed to capture and document the historical evolution of the hedge fund industry coupled with the writing of it in a thorough, well-balanced presentation that can be viewed for the industry insider or the curious folk.
